The hot take on menopause - a new chapter for women

Menopause is a natural biological process that marks the end of a woman’s reproductive life, where hormones (oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone) decline. It is typically confirmed after 12 consecutive months without a period. Perimenopause, the transitional phase leading up to menopause, can last several years and is characterized by fluctuating hormone levels that can cause a range of symptoms. This hormonal transition often coincides with significant life demands, making it a critical time for women to prioritize self-care and seek specialised support to manage symptoms and maintain long-term health.
